Ingredientes

  • 3 (6 ounce.) jars marinated artichokes, liquid removed and finely minced
  • 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 single soda crackers, finely crushed
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
