Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar (flavored With garlic or possibly eschalot if Desired).
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp MSG (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Mint (fresh or possibly dry)
  • 1 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients. Marinate lamb for at least 2 hrs before barbequing.
  2. Bast frequently with sauce while cooking in a Chinese smoke over or possibly cooking over charcoal.
