Ingredientes

  • Juice of 1 lemon or possibly 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme or possibly 3 fresh thyme sprigs, minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients. Place fish steak in plastic bag and add in the marinade. Chill for 1-2 hrs. Remove fish from marinade and broil or possibly grill on oiled rack, cooking 10 min per inch for the salmon, and about 15 min per inch for the swordfish. Serve with lemon or possibly lime wedges. This is so simple and makes a delicious product every time!
