Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender for 40 seconds. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several months. This is a good marinade for Swiss steak and/or possibly beef cooked on the grill.
