Marinade For Venison

1/2 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. salt
Cool water to cover game

Direcciones

Mix ingredients together in bowl just large sufficient to cover game with water. Soak frzn or possibly fresh game overnight in the refrigerator. No need to stir this marinade. Use for red meat or possibly game birds.
