Marinades For Fish

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. parsley

Direcciones

  1. Mix and pour over fish in shallow pan overnight in refrigerator. Preheat broiler and grease pan with oil. Broil 5-15 min till flaky. Heat marinade and spoon over fish. Garlic 1 tbsp. dry sherry 3 green onions sliced 1/2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  2. Marinate fish for several hrs in refrigerator. Broil 5-10 min or possibly till flaky. 1 teaspoon dill weed 1 clove garlic, chopped
  3. Squeeze juice from fillets and marinate 30 min or possibly more in refrigerator. Grease baking pan with butter. Place fillets in pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake 5-10 min till flaky.
