Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 c. fresh minced parsley
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 28 ounce. can crushed Italian tomatoes
  • 6 ounce. tomato paste
  • 1 tomato paste can of water
  • 1/2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion, garlic and parsley in oil in a skillet. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry a little more. Fold in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, A-1 sauce, barbeque sauce, ketchup and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour, till sauce thickens.
