Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (or possibly corn oil)
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 3 (1 pound 12 ounce.) cans Italian peeled tomatoes
  • 1-2 teaspoon oregano (according to your own taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry oil and garlic till lightly browned. Chop up canned tomatoes into smaller pcs. Add in oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for at least 1 hour. It brings on a richer flavor if simmer longer. Cook half time with lid on; take lid off last to help thicken sauce.
