Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 (lg.) can Italian Imported Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste
  • Basil
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Put cut onion and about 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil into saucepan. Cook till onions become golden brown.
  2. Then, after squashing peeled tomatoes with your fingers, add in the tomatoes to the pan and simmer for at least 45 min. Then add in basil leaf, quite a bit, to give it the proper taste. Salt and pepper may be added when tomatoes are put in the pot. Also, put tomato paste in at the same time as the peeled tomatoes.
