Ingredientes

  • 3 to 5 lbs. chuck roast
  • Tenderizer
  • 1 sm. bottle soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. The day before cooking, bring roast to room temperature. Sprinkle with tenderizer and prick with fork. Marinate overnight in refrigerator in mix of the remaining ingredients. The next day bring roast to room temperature. Charcoal broil 45 min to 1 hour basting with marinade frequently. Serve as soon as possible after cooking. Serves 6 to 8.
