Receta Marinated Cocktail Mushrooms

Ingredientes

1/4 c. white wine vinegar 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. sugar

1 sm. onion, minced 1 garlic clove, chopped 4.5 ounce. jar Green Giant whole mushrooms, liquid removed

Direcciones

1. In non-metal container, combine all ingredients except mushrooms; mix well. Stir in mushrooms. Cover. Chill several hrs or possibly till serving time, stirring occasionally. About 48 mushrooms.
