Receta Marinated Crawfish Tails

Ingredientes

1 1/4 c. salad oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil 3/4 c. vinegar 2 1/2 teaspoon capers and juice 2 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

1 1/2 teaspoon salt Thinly sliced lemon Dash of Tabasco sauce 3 pound boiled crawfish tails

Direcciones

1. Peel the crawfish and pour the marinade over the tails. They will keep well in the refrigerator. Use in crawfish salad. Serves 6.
