Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Sherry
  • 1/4 c. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Clover garlic, chopped
  • 8 x Tuna steaks, 1/2 inch thick

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate tuna for no more than 2 hrs. I broil them for about 3 min per side. I use a little wasabi with mine, but of course my kids do not like it which way. Originally, I had this in a restaurant and they served some kind of wasabi mayonnaise or possibly sauce with this, but I like it with just plain wasabi.
