Marinated Jerk Chicken Thighs (Quick)

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Dry red wine
  • 1 med Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 8 x Skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/8 tsp Salt Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. (Overnight marination time.)
  2. Combine wine, jalapeno, green onion, oil, allspice, coriander, cayenne, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place chicken in a bowl and add in the marinade, stirring to coat. Cover and chill overnight. Remove chicken from the refrigerator about a half hour before you want to bake it.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken on a rack in a foil-lined baking pan; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake about 40 to 45 min, or possibly till the chicken is cooked through.
