  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 c. Low sodium beef broth
  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 lb Boneless beef,chuck or possibly round, 1 piece

Direcciones

  1. IN MEDIUM SIZE SAUCEPAN OVER MODERATE HEAT, HEAT OIL. Add in THE ONION AND Saute/fry Till SOFT ABOUT 5 Min. Add in REMAING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BEEF.
  2. BRING TO A SIMMER. REMOVE MARINATE FROM HEAT AND Cold. PLACE BEEF IN A GLASS Or possibly CERAMIC DIS JUST LARGE Sufficient TO HOLD IT. POUR THE MARINATE OVER MEAT. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND Chill FOR 12 TO 24 Hrs TURNING MEAT OCCASIONALLY. TRANSFER THE BEEF TO A PLATTER AND BRING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE Throw away MARINATE Or possibly POUR OFF INTO SAUCEPAN AND HEAT SERVE AS GRAVY If you like. HEAT A BROILER PAN Or possibly BBQ GRILL. BROIL Or possibly GRILL THE BEEF 3 TO 4 INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 10 Min ON EACH SIDE.
