Marinated Olives
We LOVE olives in our house! So when I found this recipe in Taste of Home, I knew I had to try it! It’s a basic recipe that can be made different by any of your own likes in seasonings, so feel free to mix it up and see what you come up with. After marinating for 4 days, I chopped some up and threw them in our hamburgers, boy did that make them moist and tasty!!
Marinated olives
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Queen stuffed olives
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 galic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
Drain olives, discarding juice. In a small bowl combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate for 3-10 days; mixing daily. Drain before serving.
