  • 1 1/2 tsp SEASONED TENDERIZER
  • 3 x CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 4 Tbsp. OIL
  • 2 tsp PREPARED MUSTARD
  • 4 Tbsp. WINE VINEGAR
  • 4 Tbsp. CATSUP
  • 2 Tbsp. SOY SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

  1. SPRINKLE STEAK WITH TENDERIZER. MIX TOGETHER THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER THE STEAK. MARINATE FOR 36 TO 48 Hrs. TURN OCCASIONALLY TO COAT ALL OVER. PIERCE WITH A FORK WHEN TURNING. BROIL OVER MODERATELY Warm FIRE. BASTE OCCASIONALLY WITH MARINADE.
