Ingredientes

  • 1 x skinless boneless filet of salmon, cut into 12 x 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Tamari Soy Sauce (Asian section of most grocery stores)
  • 1 x green onion, finely sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (black sesame seeds if possible) tabasco, optional

Direcciones

  1. In a Ziplock bag, combine the salmon cubes, the oil and the Tamari soy sauce. Let marinate, refrigerated, for at least 12 hrs. Overnight is fine.
  2. Pat salmon cubes gently dry on a serving platter. Sprinkle decoratively with green onion and sesame seeds. Give each cube a small shot of Tabasco (if using). Pierce each piece with a short skewer. Serve.
  3. This is the world's simplest cocktail snack - but it has a kind of cold elegance which belies its simplicity. If you are even slightly interested in Sushi, you'll love this - it's pretty sexy.
  4. (Note: Salmon is essentially raw and so must be absolutely, impeccably fresh. Make sure you are confident in your source.)
  5. Marinated Salmon Cubes Tartare yields 12 pcs.
