Receta Marinated Soybean Salad

- In large bowl, cover soybeans with water and let stand 2 hrs; drain. Place soybeans in large kettle and 8 c. water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, partly covered, about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till soybeans are tender; drain. Combine honey, vinegar, salt, basil, garlic pwdr and pepper. Pour over soybeans. Add in minced green onions and pickle. Refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving, stirring occasionally.
