Marinated Venison Kabobs

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Venison steak -- or possibly Tenderloin Cut into 1" chunks
  • 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Catsup
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped -- or possibly Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard ds Or possibly two of pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and chill 6 hrs or possibly overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
