Receta Marionberry Cobbler for a Crowd
(Cheapest and Easiest for a crowd!)
- 10 Pounds Frozen Marionberries, 8 cups Sugar, 1 Cube Butter, 12 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1 Industrial Size Box Bisquick (96 oz.), 6 Cups 1/2 and 1/2, 1/2 Cups Sugar
Split berries between two Chaffing Pans (roughly 12×20 in size). Pour 4 cups sugar evenly over each pan of berries.
Sprinkle 6 Tablespoons Cornstarch over each pan of berries.
Toss together with your hands.
Cube the butter; dot each pan with 1/4 cup butter.
Mix the whole box of Bisquick with the 6 cups of cream; let sit a few minutes.
Pour 1/2 Bisquick mixture over each pan of berries.
Bake at 350 degrees for a total of 50 minutes; or until crust is golden brown and knife test come out clean at the middle crust. ** At 1/2 hour into baking, sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar onto crust. Bake pans one at a time for best results.**
