Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Wholewheat flour
  • 1 c. White flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking soda Salt, optional Sugar, optional Water to mix

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients. Add in water, starting with 1/2 c & beating well. Add in sufficient water until you have the consistency desired. If you prefer thicker batter, add in less water, thinner batter, add in more water.
  2. Fry in a very lightly oiled skillet until brown, flip & continue to cook the other side.
  3. VARIATION: Substitute the wholewheat flour with millet flour, or possibly buckwheat & omit the wheatgerm.
