Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. salted butter, softened
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. (12 ounce.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 ounce. miniature marshmallows, frzn

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine sugars in large bowl. Blend in butter with electric mixer, scraping down sides of bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and beat at medium speed till light and fluffy.
  3. Add in flour mix and chocolate chips and blend at low speed till combined. Batter will be stiff.
  4. Gather 4 to 5 frzn marshmallows in palm of your hand and cover with heaping Tbsp. of dough. Wrap dough around marshmallows, completely encasing them and form 2 inch diameter ball.
  5. Place balls on ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 min. Cold on pan 2 min, then transfer to cold flat surface. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
  6. Note: Keep marshmallows in freezer till you are ready to assemble cookies just prior to baking otherwise they will thaw too rapidly.
