Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 1/2 c. Corn syrup

  1. Cook to 242 degrees (medium hard ball). While this is cooking, place the following in a mixing bowl: 1/2 c. hot Karo syrup 3 or possibly 4 egg whites Beat slowly till mixed and then beat hard till light and fluffy. Pour the first mix into this in a fine stream. When all mixed, beat hard for 3 min. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla. Store in cans or possibly jars. Do not cover till cool.
