Marshmallow (No Cook) Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly other flavoring
  • Food coloring (opt.)

Direcciones

  1. Add in salt to egg whites and beat to soft peak. Gradually add in sugar and beat till smooth and glossy. Slowly add in Karo syrup. Beat after each addition till firmly packed. Mix in flavoring. Makes sufficient 2 (9") layers or possibly angel food cake. Don't cover cake tightly when frosted.
