Ingredientes

  • 18 1/4 ounce reduced fat white cake mix
  • 1 env Dream Whip whipped topping mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. water cool
  • 4 whl egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 7 1/4 ounce Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix
  • 24 pkt Marshmallow Peeps jelly beans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 24 medium muffin pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside To prepare batter, combine cake mix, whipped topping mix, and baking pwdr in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine water, egg whites, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Bake 20 min or possibly till top springs backwhen touched. Cold. Prepare frosting mix according to package directions.
  2. Spread over cooled cupcakes. Top each cupcake with Peep and jelly beans.
  3. NOTES : I've used the recipe with white cake mix for many desserts and it alwaysturns out very well. I m finding one Tbsp. of oil works very well forany cake mix regardless what the package states.
