Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar

Direcciones

  1. Slice and lightly fry mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add in 2 Tbsp. flour and stir. Add in lowfat sour cream and leek soup. Blend.
  2. Place mix in shallow pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat till piping warm. Serve with crackers.
