Receta marvelous is....a zucchini pizza sword

marvelous is....a zucchini pizza sword

Another week, another seven days to show life what's up and get er done, work-hard, laugh a lot, and be grateful for the things we have. If you're one of those people who have a gard time starting a new week (cough...Monday's..cough cough) try writing out that sentence on a piece of paper in the morning of the start to your week. Who knows, it may help. And that's what I enjoy doing...helping. Help me to help you and get out a piece of paper and pen and write it will ya!

I'm choosing to view the start to my week as marvelous. And if you haven't heard of MIMM, I suggest heading over to Katie's blog and joining in the fun. Now that's two things you need to do this week...and it hasn't even started! Remember: show life what's up.

Choosing to view something a certain way is perception. In the book I'm currently reading there's a great line, "Choose your perception. I am responsible for what I see." What you in your mind see's IS what is going to be your reality. Let's choose to see things positivity and as opportunities - like attracts like. Why wouldn't we want to attract more positivity?

Now that we are on the same page (book reference) let's move on to other marvelous stuff from my weekend, & today at work, from an iphone's perspective.

Marvelous is...diversity.

Marvelous is...discovering another easy up do.

Marvelous is...macaroons, trees, & starbucks w/the boy.

Having a moment w/ my lemon macaroon...don't talk to me.

Marvelous is...a co-worker making lemon meringue pie.

That's one way to get through a Monday.

Marvelous is...weekend explorin.

Marvelous is...a new recipe.

Have you been following my Recipe A-Day April posts? Holler @ me if you've tried any of my recipes, would love to feature some.

Ingredients//

Directions//

Saute ground turkey in a pan until all parts have browned - I cooked mine in a little extra virgin olive oil w/ a few twists of sea salt

Cut zucchini in half

Using a spoon dig out the center to make an indent

Squeeze a strip of tomato paste onto the zucchini

Top with cooked ground turkey

Finish off with rest of your toppings

Cook in the oven for 350F/180C for 25 - 28 minutes - the key is to see if the zucchini is cooked

Enjoy your swords...and....try not to hurt anyone...

be GOOD to YOURSELF,

Jess
