Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 c. cool butter
  • 2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. finely minced pecans
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Lemon Icing

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour and confectioners' sugar, cut in butter till crumbly, press onto bottom of 13"x9" greased (lightly) baking pan. In large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except the icing, mix well and spread proportionately over baked crust. Bake 20 to 25 min. Let cold, spread lemon icing. Cut into bars and then cover tightly and store bars in the refrigerator till chilled.
  2. Lemon Icing: Mix 2 c. confectioners' sugar with 3 Tbsp. of ReaLemon and 2 Tbsp. of soft butter till smooth. Makes about 2/3 c..
