Mary Lou's Vegetarian Pasta

Ingredientes

  • 1 bunch broccoli, coarsely minced
  • 2 lg. onions, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • Clove garlic, chopped
  • 8 ounce. ziti or possibly other pasta
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. chick peas
  • Grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet heat extra virgin olive oil. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry for 10 min. Add in broccoli and grnd pepper. Saute/fry for 10 min. When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Toss with skillet vegetables, Parmesan cheese and chick peas.
