- In a large skillet heat extra virgin olive oil. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry for 10 min. Add in broccoli and grnd pepper. Saute/fry for 10 min. When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Toss with skillet vegetables, Parmesan cheese and chick peas.
