Mary's Bread Pudding With Rum Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 6 slices day old bread
  • 2 tbsp. + 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Lightly butter bread and toast. Cut into cubes. Mix other ingredients and add in bread to it. Bake immediately. Bake about 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till set. Serve with Rum Sauce. Serves 8.
