Mary's Easy Chicken Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 chicken, boiled & deboned, cut up
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 boiled Large eggs, sliced
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Grease 9"x13" Pyrex dish. Put chicken, soup and broth in bottom. Boiled Large eggs on top. Mix flour, lowfat milk, melted butter in saucepan till lumps are out. Pour over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Crust will be golden brown.
