Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Raisin Bran or possibly 3 1/2 c. Wheaties and 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sour lowfat milk (recipe follows)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Stir wet ingredients together in medium bowl. Stir dry ingredients together except cereal and add in to wet ingredients. Stir till blended. Add in cereal and stir again. Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min. Watch till brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Can store mix in airtight container for 3-4 weeks in refrigerator.
