Ingredientes

  • 9 Tbsp. margarine
  • 9 Tbsp. flour
  • 12 slc American cheese
  • 1/2 stk margarine
  • 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk salt, to taste
  • 5 lb bag New potatoes

Direcciones

  1. Heat 9 Tbsp. margarine over medium heat, add in flour. Mix till smooth paste. Slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Let this heat for 10-15 min while stirring occasionally. Add in salt. When thick and smooth, reduce heat and add in cheese. Peel and slice New potatoes, layer in a 9 x 13 inch dish; dot with margarine, top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Cover the first 30 min.
