Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients together; add in lowfat milk that has been mixed with beaten egg yolks. Add in melted butter. Beat till all lumps have disappeared and you have a smooth creamy mix. Mix in beaten egg whites. Put correct amount of batter in preheated waffle irons. Bake about 3 min or possibly till steam has ceased issuing from the iron. Serve piping warm.
