Receta Mashed Fennel And Potatoes

- Note 1: Original recipe used 1/4 C butter
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring potatoes, fennel, onion and sufficient water to cover to a boil. Reduce heat to med; cover and simmer 15 minutes or possibly till tender. Drain well and return to saucepan. Using a hand masher, mash the mix till some lumps still remain. Meanwhile, heat margarine and chives. Stir margarine and chives into the potato mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- This was an amazing recipe. Jeff and I really enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to make this for company. Definitely a keeper!!
