Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour, sifted
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Caraway seed
  • 2 c. Mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients; work in butter and add in caraway seed, mashed potatoes and lastly the lowfat milk. Roll about as thick as biscuits; cut into squares.
  2. Brown slowly in a little fat over slow heat. Split and spread with butter.
