6 x Potatoes

1/4 c. Nonfat Vegetarian Broth Or possibly More To Taste Salt To Taste

1. Peel and boil until soft the potatoes in salted water. Mash and add in vegetarian chicken flavored broth and salt.
2. These were really tasty...didn't need butter at all!!
