%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20decided%20to%20make%20more%20mashed%20up%20stuff%20for%20lunch%20today.%20%20I%20still%20had%20a%20bunch%20of%20turnips%20leftover%20from%20the%20market,%20so%20I%20mixed%20them%20into%20my%20mashed%20potatoes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20turnips%20and%20potatoes%20into%20a%20pot%20and%20cover%20with%20water.%20%20Boil%20until%20tender.%20%20The%20turnips%20will%20be%20a%20little%20bit%20harder%20than%20the%20potatoes,%20but%20that's%20ok.%20%20Or.....leave%20them%20to%20boil%20longer%20until%20they're%20really%20soft%20(but%20your%20potatoes%20will%20disintegrate!....just%20a%20warning).%20%20When%20cooked,%20drain%20and%20then%20put%20into%20a%20bowl.%20%20Mash%20up%20with%20a%20potato%20masher%20or%20fork.%20%20Add%20the%20almond%20milk%20and%20spices%20to%20taste.%20%20Done!%20%20I%20put%20a%20little%20canned%20diced%20tomatoes%20on%20top%20of%20mine.....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20since%20the%20picture%20of%20the%20food%20wasn't%20very%20exciting,%20I%20thought%20I'd%20add%20a%20couple%20pictures%20from%20a%20local%20brewpub%20(Abita)%20for%20color!%20%20Who's%20drooling%20now???%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEat%20smart,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ET.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
