Ingredientes

  • 4 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken fat melted
  • 4 x Egg whites stiffly beaten
  • 3/4 c. Matzo meal

Direcciones

  1. Beat together the egg yolks, salt, cayenne pepper, onion and fat till creamy; fold into the egg whites. Gradually fold the matzo meal into the egg mix. Refrigerate1 hour. Moisten hands and shape the mix into 1/2-inch balls. Cook in a covered saucepan 30 min.
  2. Makes about 24.
