Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Lemon Jello
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot, whipped
  • 3 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c. Oleo, melted

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add in to jello and blend well. Mix in stiffly whipped Milnot.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted oleo together. Put on bottom and sides of 9 x 12-inch pan (save 1/2 c. for top). Add in filling and sprinkle the 1/2 c. crumbs on top. Refrigerateovernight. Garnish with fruit if you like.
  3. Freezes beautifully.
