Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 c. Mayonaise (do not replace it with the "other" stuff)
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanillia

Direcciones

  1. Mix Dry ingredients, add in Mayo, Water, and vanillia. Beat till smooth.
  2. Grease and flour a tub pan. Bake approx. 45 mns at 350 degrees. Let cold in pan 10-15 mns before removing. This is a wonderful recipe & a cream cheese frosting goes great with it too, or possibly, powdered sugar sprinkled on top is very nice too.. Oh.. it's VERY moist & you WILL be needing a glass of lowfat milk with it! YUM!
