Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 5 x Egg yolks, beaten
  • 5 x Egg whites, whipped til stiff
  • 1 c. Mccutcheon's preserves or possibly jelly Or possibly fruit spread
  • 1 x Single pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add in well beaten egg yolks. Mix in whipped egg whites then mix in jelly. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 till set. Refrigerateand top with whipped topping and fresh fruit if you like
