Ingredientes

  • 3 lb chuck roast, (3 to 4) Tenderizer
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp Accent

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with tenderizer and stab. Set at room temperature 1 hour, then cut into cubes. Place in a shallow pan and pour sauce over. Marinate at least 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Cook on the grill till done, turning often and brush with marinade while cooking.
