Receta Meat Balls In Ginger Snap Sauce

- Mix together beef, egg, 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. vinegar, grated onion, soaked roll, salt and pepper to taste. Shape into small balls. Saute/fry diced onion and garlic in small amount of shortening. Add in meatballs and brown, turning frequently.
- Mix together tomato sauce, water, 1/2 c. brown sugar, scant 1/2 c. vinegar and catsup. Add in meatballs and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in ginger snaps, cook for 30 min more. Makes 6 servings.
