Ingredientes

  • 12 crushed saltines
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Sm. onion, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Place saltines and 1 c. lowfat milk in bowl. Mix soup, water, 1/2 c. lowfat milk in electric skillet. Add in salt, pepper, onion, egg and hamburger to saltine mix and mix well. Form into balls and cook in mushroom gravy at 220 degrees for 1/2 hrs.
