Meat Balls In Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. onion or possibly less, minced
  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce.) cans pitted ripe olives (I didn't use)
  • 3 tbsp. enriched flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed or possibly weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. fat

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, Large eggs, and onion; mix well. Shape meat balls around pitted olive (I didn't do this - I just made the balls). Brown in warm fat. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Remove 3 Tbsp. fat in skillet. Add in flour; blend. Add in water. Cook and stir till thick. Add in lowfat sour cream, dill seed or possibly weed, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour over meat balls. Serve with cooked broad noodles. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
