Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. rice, uncooked, rinsed

Direcciones

  1. Mix together and form into meat balls about 2 inches and place in baking dish. Rinse 1 large can sauerkraut and Spread over meat balls. Add in about 3/4 can water and sprinkle about 1/4 c. brown sugar over top. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
