Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can (10 ounce.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can (5 1/3 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Use electric fry pan. Combine thoroughly grnd beef, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper. Shape mix into 35 meat balls. Refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Set heat control dial at 350 degrees, preheat, then heat butter and brown meat balls on all sides in warm fat. Tip fry pan, slightly spoon out as much fat as possible.
  3. Combine soup and water, add in to fry pan and bring to boil. Turn heat control down till light goes out (simmer point). Cover and simmer 30 min. Serves 6.
