Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. hamburger meat
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 env. dry onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Mix Worcestershire with lowfat milk, add in meat and soup mix. Shape into small balls. Place meatballs on a broiler pan and salt and pepper to taste. Broil 10 to 12 min.
  2. Sauce: Combine catsup, sugar and Worcestershire in saucepan Cook stirring for 10 min. Place all in chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks.
